PEAK SEASON - Memorial Day through Labor Day

(Recommended Group Size Maximum: 6. Larger groups not encouraged but will be considered for extra fee.)

- Discounts for stays of 2 weeks or longer - email for quote

- Weekly rate: $650 + $50 cleaning

- Nightly rate: THREE NIGHT MINIMUM: $125/night + $50 cleaning fee

For stays of 4-6 nights; $100/night + $50 cleaning fee

- Check-in at 4:00PM - Check-out at 10:00AM

OFF SEASON

(Recommended Group Size Maximum: 6. Larger groups not encouraged but will be considered for extra fee.)

- Weekly rate: $575 + $50 cleaning

- Nightly rate for two or more nights: $100 + $50 cleaning fee

- Nightly rate for one night $200 (NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE TOTAL)

- Check-in at 4:00PM - Check-out at 10:00AM

Special Packages - only $60!!:

- HONEYMOON, ANNIVERSARY OR ROMANTIC GETAWAYS: - Chilled bottle of champagne, glasses, bouquet of flowers, chocolates, congratulatory note on the table awaiting your arrival

- BIRTHDAY, PROMOTION, OR OTHER CELEBRATION: - We'll have ice cream in the freezer, personalized cake, balloons and congratulatory note on the table awaiting your arrival

Deposit - 50% deposit required to reserve cabin with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due immediately to hold the reservation.

- $150 refundable damage deposit required

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations 30+ days prior to reservation: Refund of deposit minus 10% of rental fee

- Cancellations 15+ days prior to reservation: Refund of 50% of deposit

- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to reservation: Refund of 50% of deposit, if we are able to re-rent.
